Foundational Work

My journey into design began with a BFA in Art, where I developed a strong technical foundation in design principles and creative problem-solving. This formal training, paired with years of hands-on experience in marketing and web design, plus a Master’s degree, gave me a unique ability to balance artistic vision with practical outcomes.

Real-world experience in digital design industries combined with advanced art and business education has shaped my ability to deliver impactful, results-driven creative solutions.

Management Style

These early experiences gave me the strategic mindset I needed to step into leadership roles. Over the past five years, I’ve leveraged this expertise in my role as a Senior Creative Design Manager, where I lead a team of 5 designers to produce cohesive, high-quality work that aligns with organizational goals.

I take pride in balancing creativity with strategy to deliver work that meets both the needs of the client and the vision of each project. My approach is grounded in clear communication, strong project management, and a focus on producing high-quality, cohesive designs. This mindset has helped me successfully lead projects from concept to completion, whether working independently or with a team.
